How does the 30-Day Free Trial work?
Shortly after you sign up, you will be sent a temporary password and will be contacted by one of our account representatives to set up your account. You will get access to all of the internet911 features for 30 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you get to try internet911 obligation-free.
What happens when the trial is completed?
Your account representative will contact you before your trial expires. You will choose the Standard or Enhanced program based on your needs. You'll submit your credit card information and your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact). If you decide not to continue your program at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will expire.
What are my billing options?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. For monthly billing, creditcard only. For annual billing, you have the option credit card or invoice.
Are there any discounts?
We offer a discount for paying annually for the one year subscription. For our Standard and Enhanced packages it's $200 or $500 off per year respectively!
